Well, how was everyone's holiday? Make or eat yummy food? Visit family? The hubby had to work on Friday, so we stayed home. I made my first Thanksgiving dinner.
I bought an eight pound turkey for $6. Good deal! I made Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Cranberry sauce, of course. We had sweet potato casserole. Oh, don't forget the pumpkin pie!
A simple and rather delicious Thanksgiving. I enjoyed cooking. No left-overs in sight.
We do have left-over chicken and dumplings. I made a batch twice last week. Last night, I made homemade spinach and mushroom ravioli. It was a recipe by Giada De Laurentiis.
I joined Food Network. You can save recipes to your own personal box. I am on a mission to make one new recipe a week.
