Bathtub Cleaners

Cleaning the tub seems to confuse me. I stare at the white tiles and think I'll never get them sparkling. It's almost as bad as white counter tops in the kitchen! Here's some common cleaners you might want to try.

Toothpaste rubbed into the tub and left for the day is a good option. Of course, you might need a rather large tube of it. LOL. This option is for emergency cleaning.

A Mr.Clean eraser is another good option you might not have thought of. Just spray on some bleach or other cleaner onto the eraser and wipe. I actually use an old wash cloth, bleach, and a toothbrush.

Comet, Ajax or Barkeeper's Friend will remove stains. These are powder based cleaners. Just sprinkle and scrub.

Combine four tablespoons of flour, four tablespoons of white vinegar and eight tablespoons of peroxide to make a homemade bathtub cleaner. White vinegar will clean anything. This cleaner isn't toxic either.
